Truck Driver
Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a pickup truck to transport goods and materials to and from specified destinations
- Load and unload material in truck and deliver into jobsite's or other heavy equipment as needed
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on the truck and report any issues or malfunctions
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while operating the vehicle
- Follow delivery schedules from project managers
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, fuel usage, and other relevant information
- Communicate effectively with project managers
- Understanding of trade materials
- Ability to perform basic carpentry tasks
- Job may entail going to job sites and doing basic repairs or demolition
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record- Proven experience in commercial driving or a related field
- Basic knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance is preferred- Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Experience pulling a trailer & comfortable backing up with trailer

Responsibility Summary
- Ensure Cullum project safety program is being implemented and followed by all Cullum employees and subcontractors.
- Ensure the projects financial performance does not exceed the project budget.
- Manage material and labour costs within budget parameters.
- Ensure Cullum QAQC program is being implemented and executed by the Supervisor.
- Ensure the project schedule is regularly discussed with the Supervisor and communicate any delays to our scope to the GC.
- Review contract inclusions and exclusions prior to project commencement.
- Review project estimate prior to project commencement.
- Select Supervisor/Foreman for project
Arrange start up meeting with Supervisor/Foreman to go over the following:
- IFC drawings
- Material take-off process
- Equipment needs
- Budget
- Labour requirements
- Labour production expectations
- Safety implementation/documentation requirements and responsibility.
- Ensure regular communication with Supervisor relative to overall schedule progress of the projects and the expectations of the client, within the context of the project contract.
- Along with the Supervisor, develop a plan, to execute the work, and identify challenges to achieving project goals.
- The Project Manager shall regularly report, through forecasting of costs, the financial performance of the projects they are assigned.
- Review approval, or rejection, of vendor/subcontractor invoices to facilitate processing by the accounting department is required.
- Development and issuance of project subcontractors, purchase orders, and client billings that are timely, thorough, and consistent with company policy are key responsibilities of this position.

Position Overview: Prefabrication Shop Supervisor
As directed by the Manager of Prefabrication and reporting to the Prefabrication Operations Coordinator (POC), the
role of the Shop Supervisor is to supervise and oversee the daily activity of all panel shop personnel and assist the POC in various administrative duties. This role serves as the first point of contact for any concerns and questions from panel shop operatives.
Responsibility Summary:
- Assisting the POC in the hiring of tradesmen that perform prefabrication work in the facility to meet the
company’s contractual obligations - Along with the POC, the Shop Supervisor is accountable for employee safety, workplace productivity,
training and mentorship. - The Shop Supervisor shall be in regular communication with the POC to understand the scopes and
schedules of all projects under contract. - The Shop Supervisor shall be in regular communication with the POC to understand the scopes and schedules of all projects under contract.
- The Shop Supervisor will conduct daily morning meetings with all team members to ensure progress is consistent and goals are met.
- The Shop Supervisor will be responsible for completing QA/QC on all panels that leave the facility.

information, and material to efficiently complete the contracted work. - Seeking out and implementing innovative and novel methods to enhance performance while completing the contracted work should be a priority for this position.
- The Shop Supervisor will implement and enforce Cullum Groups safety program at the facility
- The Shop Supervisor will be a champion within the company for safety, efficiency, innovation, and productivity
Qualifications:
- Experience with steel stud framing, and general construction
- Experience with ACM finishing, and EIFS finishing will be considered an advantage
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Experience managing inventory and knowledge of JIT deliveries
- Ability to utilize technology to assist in day-to-day production activities
- Strong attention to detail and comfortable completing QA/QC checks/paperwork

We are seeking a full-time, reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our prefabrication team. The operative will be responsible for assembling steel stud framing and sheathing panels in a controlled shop environment, ensuring precision, safety, and quality in every build
Key Responsibilities
- Read and interpret construction drawings and shop blueprints
- Measure, cut, and assemble light-gauge steel studs and tracks
- Install exterior sheathing (e.g., gypsum, OSB, or cement board) to prefabricated wall panels
- Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently
- Ensure all panels meet quality control standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet production timelines
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE
Qualifications
- Experience with steel stud framing or general construction
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings (preferred)
- Comfortable using saws, drills, screw guns, and other tools
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Willingness to learn and work in a team environment
